“I love construction and building things and love helping people in their time of need, so this industry is the perfect blend,” says Jeremy. “Most of our clients are experiencing an event like this for the first time and have never had to deal with their insurance company on a property claim. We strive to provide them an excellent experience by walking them through the process and returning their home or business property back better than it was.”

Cronic has been through the Carr Fire, Snowmageddeon and the Camp Fire and knows what it takes to respond to those in times of need. “Our staff worked tirelessly to help hundreds of homeowners, business owners and schools that suffered losses from these events,” the Rostens say. “We are incredibly proud of the hard work our team put in during and after those events. It was very challenging for everyone in our community to try and rebuild their lives after these events.”

Big or small, Cronic knows your disaster is difficult. “It truly comes down to helping people,” Jeremy says. “Going through a property loss that is unexpected and unplanned is very difficult. We strive every day to take as much of that stress and worry off of our clients. We have a staff who cares deeply about that, as well.”

Born and raised in the North State, Jeremy’s father was a business owner and the Rostens are proud to play their part in the community. They are active in donating and giving back to organizations that make our corner of the world a little better.
