A Personal Approach
Cassie Gyves’ mission is providing a personal approach to what can often seem like just a business transaction – real estate. The owner/founder of shesells.it, Cassie has been selling homes in the North State since 2003, but recently rebranded her business to emphasize the personal nature of her mission.
“I have a secret passion for really helping other women build wealth, educate them in financial matters and empowering women to go after their dreams,” she says. “I’m passionate about helping my clients and making them feel safe in the contractual interactions is my top priority. It’s not about rushing through, but slowing down and helping my clients understand exactly what’s happening. It is about helping my clients purchase, and become a home.”
Born and raised in Shasta County, Gyves is a local girl committed to making the North State a better place. A mother of two and wife of a firefighter, she leads by example, investing her time in her family, clients and community. One area that showcases this, through a heartfelt collaboration, is the Redding Wishing Wall, a project that beautifies and inspires with art.
“This continues to be a passion project for me, as I believe in the power of transforming and seeing the deeper beauty within dark spaces, such as the alley where the wishing wall is located,” she says. It’s about making people realize “a stronger sense of ‘we are in this together’ as we continue to make Redding more about community, special moments, togetherness, opportunity and vibrancy.”
While giving back to the community is important, so is empowering her coworkers to help clients achieve the American dream. “After meeting with Cassie and now working with her, I’m struck by her unique business philosophy. Its foundation is built on quality over quantity,” says one of the women in her office, while another adds, “I gladly joined Shesells.it because I admire my fellow senior agents.
