Mosaic Restaurant offers a fresh and exciting take on California Cuisine. Guests can expect seasonally crafted menus and exceptional indoor and outdoor dining experiences for individuals, groups and families, and they even welcome your dogs with a special doggie menu.

Mosaic also offers an exciting mix of events for all times of the year, from Independence Day barbecues with a private fireworks show to providing food and beverage at the majestic Garden of Lights show, which locals and travelers can enjoy. For a more intimate and exclusive experience, their Executive Chef’s Black Plate Dinners are available for a complete custom experience with six-course food and wine paired evenings at their Chef’s Table or on Turtle Bay’s boardwalk surrounded by year-round light wrapped trees and wildlife. 

The current dinner menu offers fresh seafood, steaks and chicken entrees, seasonal salad, stone oven pizza and appetizers, hand-crafted signature cocktails, fresh local taps and much more. Lunch and weekend brunches are also part of what Mosaic offers year-round.
