There’s nothing better after a hard day’s work than coming home. It’s even better coming home to something that’s been transformed by Dale’s Carpet and Design. The Red Bluff-based business, owned by Dale and Kari Lyford, is approaching 20 years of making satisfied customers.
“It’s always nice when people come in from 20, even 30, years ago and remember me and how I treated them and wanting me to help them again,” says Dale Lyford, who has more than 30 years of experience in the business. “A friend of mine back east invited me to work with him. One thing or another happened and I’ve been in the business ever since.”
With a proven track record as Tehama County’s preferred flooring company, they carry the largest stock of quality American-made products from carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, laminate, window coverings and hardwood.
Dale’s Carpet and Design does residential and commercial jobs and no job is too big or too small. “We know flooring,” he says. “We actually go to people’s homes to help them with design; doing so and design is our passion.”
And Kari and Dale say it can’t be done without their sales guy Scott Graham and their super-dependable installation crew. “We are family owned, people-oriented and always available,” the Lyfords say. “We’re flexible and available to offer to come by or do anything the customer ever needs of us. We create true long-lasting relationships.”
Serving the Red Bluff community is also important to Dale and Kari, and Dale is a proud member of the Red Bluff Chamber of Commerce and a believer in “buy local.” They love training young people in the trade and give back to the community and animal support groups.
