Disappearing Act Medical Aesthetics

Learning, leading, laughing, and loving; four of our favorite things to do at Disappearing Act!

Learning: Our team constantly attends medical aesthetics conferences to keep up with the fast pace of
medical aesthetics. There is always something to learn. The photos above are from this year’s journey to Las
Vegas, where our entire team attended the Medical Spa Show. We always come home with more inspiration
and knowledge, and this year was no exception!

Leading: Our nurse leader, Julie Bass Kaplan spends half of her time teaching Medical Aesthetics
practitioners how to inject safely and artistically. She is a world renowned educator and speaker, often on a
flight to teach through Allergan or Palette Resources. We feel so fortunate to have her lead our team in this
beautiful NorthState. She had a lot of fun with each of her podium talks in Las Vegas as well. We are very
proud of her leadership and enthusiasm.

Laughing: Anyone who has stepped into our office knows that there is often laughter echoing through the
hallways at Disappearing Act. We each love our careers, and honestly when you love what you do it doesn’t
really feel like “work.” We are very professional, focused, and serious, but we also just simply enjoy each
other, our patients and we love to laugh.

Loving: Our team feels like family, and our patients feel like extended family and many have become close
friends over the last 22 years. We definitely care about every single person who enters our building. We hope
you feel that comfortable, loving & welcoming vibe when you visit us.
