House of Realty

For more than 56 years, House of Realty has been focused on bringing you home. Times might have changed since Robert F. Middleton started House of Realty with three others in 1965, but three generations later, the mission to match homebuyers with amazing properties remains the same.

Today, Joyce Middleton, Broker, along with Rob Middleton II, Bruce Middleton, Cameron Middleton and Robbie Middleton continue the work started all those years and generations ago.

“Having lived in the community their entire lives and helping the generations of clients buy and sell throughout the years, they have established lifelong relationships that have enriched our lives. We feel a real sense of community,” says Joyce Middleton. “Each Middleton in the business is a lifelong resident of Shasta County. House of Realty has been a long time member of our community and has contributed much to the area.”

While the real estate market has advanced into the digital age, House of Realty’s homespun approach helps set them apart in the North State.

Sure, House of Realty’s website is crisp, clean and easy to navigate. It features a searchable database of properties, from residential to mobiles and commercial to income property to land and lots, to property management, both commercial and residential. Clients can pinpoint amenities before talking to the many knowledgeable and resourceful agents at House of Realty. And when clients hone in on a potential home, they’re able to tour the property via the high-quality photos that give a true feel of what it might feel like to one day call it their own.

House of Realty has been dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and experienced and effective advice to real estate clients through the internet and sophisticated marketing systems to stay on the leading edge of the constantly changing real estate business.

But beyond bits and bytes and websites, what sets House of Realty apart is their personal connection to Redding, Shasta County and the North State.

While building, maintaining and growing the business has been crucial for House of Realty, so, too, has been giving back to the community. That’s why their resumes also include professional and fraternal organizations. From Rotary Clubs to the 20/30 Club and American Association of University Women and Mercy Foundation North, often as president, in organizations that enrich life in the North State. Additionally, seven agents of House of Realty are past Presidents of the Shasta County Board of Realtors. Some have chaired the Economic Development Corporation, a member of  the Redding Planning Commission as well as sitting on the Shasta College Foundation.
