“I walked away from something I loved doing and made a good living doing it,” he says. “But I knew it was time to leave and, as scary as that was, I knew it was time to dream and make something new.”

While he knew “beginning” a new career would take time, investment and courage, he didn’t have to look far for inspiration. His passion to change tack later in life was fueled, in part, by two of his adult children, Paul and Rebekah. “It was their bravery and passion to become entrepreneurs that inspired me to break away from management and leadership in the corporate world and set out to take on a new adventure that I could make my own,” he says, and that he has.
